SCIA Goals

  • Establish SiC crystal growth, processing, and metrology training protocols for all academic levels (Associate/Certificate to PhD) and create a Work Force Development (WFD) pipeline for SiC manufacturing
  • Develop a curriculum ensemble for undergrad and grad students to acquire certificates or academic minors focused on SiC and wide bandgap semiconductor theory and experiment.
