Program Goals

  1. Develop and deliver industry-aligned, hands-on training modules in SiC semiconductor manufacturing.
  2. Recruit and support veterans through a tailored pipeline that includes life-domain transition services, technical training, and paid internships.
  3. Create long-term industry partnerships with SiC manufacturers and supply chain companies to ensure maximum placement success.
  4. Establish a replicable model for veteran transition into high-demand STEM careers.
